• For greater bearing life, the bearings are spread out on the main pin as far as practical, and we use a hard surface shaft with a composite bearing
  • To give minimum wear and maintenance, and ease of replacement, Nimrod’s cylinders are NZ made, and use spherical plain rod ends
  • To provide greater break out force, the ear height is kept as low as possible
  • To enable the bucket to unload, and for use with a tilt hitch, the buckets are tapered back
  • The back pin is lifted slightly so the bucket doesn’t drop material when loading
