Nimrod places great value on trade skills and being versatile, as we believe this is the key to our success and future.

Our trade staff complete a general engineering apprenticeship which gives them excellent machining and welding skills. We expect all our floor staff to be ticketed welders or working towards being being ticketed.

This means we can generally do the following:

  • Lathe work
  • Milling
  • Line-boring on horizontal borer
  • Line-boring on site with a portable line borer
  • CNC machine centre work
  • Profile cutting
  • Welding MIG/ stick welding / TIG welding aluminum and steel / brazing
  • Site welding
  • Design

We are are proud of our workmanship and want to keep improving
